Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping and packaging charges are not included in any product, you will have to pay separately

  2. At A to Z Ceramics, we understand the importance of timely and secure shipping. That's why we use only the best shipping partners to make sure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

  3. Packaging Charges is 110/- Rs Per Box, We will tell you how many boxes your goods are packed in. Then you will have to pay according to each box. 10 to 12 kg of goods are packed in one box.

  4. After Placing Order ( Payment Confirmation) We need 1-3 days to processed your order it all depend on Item Availability at the time. We will notify you on your giving contact details when we need more then 1 day to proceed. During This Period we collect and pack your items. (Only Before Packing You Can Cancel Your Orde and Get Refund)

  5. After processing we will weight your package and give you actual shipping charges you need to pay. Shipping Charges Depends on Shipping Medium, Order Weight and Distance.

  6. Currently we offer These Shipping Method, 1. Part of Full Truck (Only for Large order, Cheap, Little Time Consuming) , 2. Delivery (Available for mostly order size, fast secure, little expensive then Truck, Home Delivery) and 3. Safe express ( Best For Medium Size Order, Charges Like Delivery, Doorstep Delivery)

  7. After you Pay shipping charges we handover your package to delivery partner and share all details with you.

  8. After hand overing parcel to Shipping Partner it tack 5 to 7 days to dispatch goods to you.

  9. So Over all we need 7 to 12 days to delivery your order.

  10. Or You can book your own shipping partner and we will handle your good to him.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Order Cancelation:- Yes, you can cancel you order with in 2 days (during Processing period) before packing and get 100% refund. Once a order is packed no cancellation is provided.

  2. Refund:- We will provide 100% refund on order cancelation but before packing.

  3. Return:- Sorry, currently we are not providing any return of our products. we can adjust some amount on your next order if you get damage product, damage must be more then 5% for this.

  4. Adjustment on next order:- We will give best packing and delivery partner so its hard to gey any damage product, But if you will get damages product more then 5% we will adjust some of your loss On next order. In pottery products 5% damage is expected so all settlement made over it.

  5. How to Claim Adjustment:- For getting adjustment on your nest order, you have to provide recording of damage during unboxing.
